Connie Willer began her career with Silex Banking Company as a teller/bookkeeper. After a short break to raise a family, she came back in the loan department and worked into her current position as Executive Vice-President, Chief Lending Officer and Compliance Officer. She was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1996. Connie studied business/accounting at Northeast Missouri State University and Hannibal-LaGrange College. In her free time, she enjoys golf and family. She is also on the board of the non-profit organization, Miss Rodeo Missouri Pageant Association.
